public bathrooms have brighter lighting.

Sometimes it depends on the lighting. If it is to bright or to dim it can make you look bad.

i understand...i look bad in one mirror and great in another...i dont know what it is .....lighting maybe or the angle..or maybe b.c your not used to the mirror

It could be many things, it could be the lighting, the type of mirror. If the mirror is clean etc. When i do my make-up in my bathroom mirror it always ends up looking good, but then when i look in my car mirror I look like a mess!

it's the lighting. Do your makeup in sunlight and you might look good in any light. Try mineral makeup.

I think it's the lighting~the mirrors r prob dirty too. i dont do my makeup in public bathroom mirrors lol thats what compacts r for!

Its because the lighting is different in public restrooms and places like that.

Cheap glass in public and their is a curve in them!!!! Don't worry you know how bueatiful you are

it is not u but it is the mirror in which u r seeing. check every mirror b4 looking into.

It's all about the lighting. You look great, but the visual "acoustics" of the bathroom make for a terrible reflection of your great self.
